PROGRAM #1

Breakthrough Days

A Breakthrough day is intense but the results can be life changing.

A 1:1 intensive coaching day using a myriad of coaching and NLP techniques. The purpose of a Breakthrough day is to work intensively to shatter self limiting beliefs which are often a blockage to people moving forward in business and life.

PROGRAM #2

1:1 Coaching Programme

A bespoke programme of sessions based on your current situation.

We will work together on identifying your value system and drivers to help understand whats really important to you. Together we will set your personal and career goals. And together we will uncover the fears and limiting beliefs which may have been holding you back from achieving everything you really desire.  Once you start upgrading your mindset and seeing your real self there will be no stopping you

My 1:1 Coaching programme usually lasts between 3 and 6 months depending on your circumstances and how big your goals are!

PROGRAM #3

Clinical Supervision

I have developed different skills and techniques to help all my clients

I love working with people to help them to be the best they can be. Over the years I provided supervision in the NHS and now in Independent practice, I have developed different skills and techniques to help clients find the answers and grow their skills and confidence.

I offer 1:1 clinical supervision either face to face or online. The sessions are a safe environment for you to talk about things such as; clinical issues, self development, service development ideas. I lean heavily towards a coaching style to enable clients to self reflect and determine a plan to reach their identified aims or goals.

Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James.

Time Line Therapy™ is internationally recognised as the one of the most effective tools in creating fast, long-lasting changes in behaviour, enabling you to take control and create the future that you  want.

Your ‘Time Line’ is how you unconsciously store your memories, and how you know the difference unconsciously between memories from the past and projections of the future.

Time Line Therapy™ allows you to work at the unconscious level, and enables you to release the effects of negative emotions that have accumulated from past negative experiences and eliminates inappropriate emotional responses such as anger, sadness, fear, and guilt and remove anxiety and depression which are linked to old memories.

Time Line Therapy™ also enables you to remove limiting decisions and beliefs that are preventing you from reaching your greatest potential such as ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I can’t make money’ ‘I don’t deserve a fantastic relationship.

  • How long are the sessions?

    That depends on the type of session and the times and fees are agreed before we start.

  • Is coaching the same as counselling?

    No, I am not a counsellor and I cannot work with people who have diagnosed mental health conditions. Integrity is at the heart of my business so i will always help point you in a different direction if I don't feel I can help you.

    During your coaching sessions, I may guide you to think about your past experiences but I will not unpack them or ask you to relive them like you might in counselling.

  • Can coaching help me with my personal life?

    The simple answer, yes! I work with clients who want to develop themselves professionally and personally. I often find you can't really work on one aspect of your life without the other. I help clients who are seeking a better life and success whether that's in their personal life or in their career.
